5. Creator content

You retain responsibility for the prompts, scripts, exports, and other content you submit or generate through Fame Text. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use that content.

6. Service availability

Fame Text may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Payments and credits

If Fame Text offers paid credits or subscriptions, additional commercial terms may apply. Promotional or trial credits may be modified, revoked, or expire according to the product rules in effect at the time of use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Fame Text or others, or if we are required to do so by law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Fame Text is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fame Text disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
